KAMY with KUASA, SAM, CSOs, and around 100 Orang Asli protested peacefully outside Perak State Secretariat Building to send a memorandum protesting deforestation and farming projects in Perak forest reserves.

We believe that the preservation of virgin forests is one of the adaptation / mitigation actions against climate change; while at the same time avoiding significant ecological damage to the people and the local economy.
